Ongoing effort: measure during the pilot; no generic support-cost benchmark is asserted. Release only the contracted version and keep the approval, manifest, recipient acknowledgement and delivery logs together. Maintain an operational owner for updates, corrections, incidents, statements and contract changes.

Reconcile amounts using the contract's actual basis. Usage-priced deals need agreed billable events; fixed-fee licences need their payment schedule, milestones and deductions. Put renewal and notice dates in the team's existing contract system. Review whether net cash, delivery effort and rights restrictions still justify participation. Before expanding the corpus, repeat the permissions and product-conflict checks. An existing relationship is not authority to add every future title.

Test the exit procedure while the relationship is cooperative. AWS notes that exported Files remain accessible after subscription expiry, reinforcing the need to distinguish stopping future access from contractual deletion obligations. Completion condition: operations can reproduce fulfilment and payment, and the business can exercise its agreed renewal or exit options without relying on one person's memory.
