AWS states that data providers control their legal terms and usage rights in the Data Subscription Agreement. A distribution route therefore still needs a rights decision in this assessment.
Cloudflare's Pay Per Crawl documentation describes charging for crawler access and, in the version updated 28 July 2026, identifies the service as closed beta. Cloudflare separately announced a Pay Per Use beta on 30 September 2026. Check the specific product and programme terms before relying on either route.
