What evidence should our next buyer map contain?

Data Reserve research deskSection 11Page 7 of 11Last updated 4 November 2026

Use one row per opportunity, with: owner cohort; downstream buyer; legal entity; use; geography; public source date; private confirmation date; procurement stage; required sample; permitted recipients; pricing basis; decision owner; next action. Label entries public precedent, supplier assertion, permissioned confirmation or executed/paid evidence.

Set an internal refresh date for each entry. For a live shortlist, request current confirmation before committing preparation expenditure. Preserve “unknown” when evidence is unavailable and distinguish missing evidence from an adverse finding. A short, well-evidenced buyer map is more useful than an inflated list of AI companies.
