Have these experts endorsed or contributed to the report?

No. The links verify relevant expertise and affiliations; the questions and response criteria are original desk preparation, and quote spaces remain empty.

Why include people employed by licensing suppliers?

They can explain their own operating models, but that perspective needs disclosure and evidence testing. Compare their answers with an owner-side reference and an independent legal or technical view before selecting a supplier.

Can we publish the draft answer framework as an expert answer?

No; it is an interviewer’s checklist, not the person’s words. Obtain an actual answer, retain its context and agree publication permissions before attribution.

Which question should come first for an archive with uncertain ownership?

Start with permissions and the exact proposed use. Section 201 distinguishes collective-work and contribution rights, so clarify the cohorts before asking for a sales forecast.

Can a technical expert decide whether our licence is legally sufficient?

Technical explanations inform the review but do not replace counsel applying the law to the agreement. TDMRep’s status statement is a useful reminder that a specification and a legal obligation are different things.

What if no supplier will disclose transaction details?

Ask for permitted, redacted evidence or an independent reference with a narrowly defined question. If that remains unavailable, lower confidence and reduce the commitment; do not invent a benchmark or treat absence of evidence as proven wrongdoing.
