Create one evidence row per material answer: claim, speaker, relevant interest, permission to publish, supporting document, date, limitations and effect on the shortlist. Classify each item as established fact, attributed opinion, proposed method or unresolved claim. For a contested legal conclusion, get owner counsel's application to the actual deal; for a revenue claim, request records and permissioned references.
Publish only approved quotations with their context. Do not convert these proposed answer frameworks into quotation marks, imply named experts reviewed the research, or label a supplier verified because an executive participated. The useful outcome is a better decision memo with fewer untested assumptions.
