Use a shared worksheet with six fields: source/date, speaker interest, exact topic, claim, evidence required and decision affected. Keep the speaker's account separate from your own interpretation. If an interview mentions a result, do not label it independently verified until the relevant records have been reviewed.
A suggested one-hour workshop can be structured as follows: ten minutes to define the live decision, twenty minutes to compare the questions from the assigned episodes, twenty minutes to assign evidence requests, and ten minutes to set the next decision date. These are facilitation estimates, not measured completion times.
The workshop should end with a short action list: who will qualify demand; who will review permissions; who will inspect delivery requirements; who will test payment reporting; and which unresolved issue blocks progress. Do not turn a listening exercise into an open-ended content programme that delays a real decision.
